Sarah and David were set on finding the ideal home and land package to establish their forever home. Keeping energy efficiency and comfort as their top priorities, they aimed to remain near their current neighbourhood. After reviewing over 50 different floorplans from various builders and designers, they realised that a two-storey design was essential to maximise their block size and provide the flexible, spacious living space their family required.

At the start..
While residing in a compact townhouse, Sarah and Joseph made proactive plans by purchasing an older home in their desired location, choosing to rent it out until they were ready to begin constructing their dream home.
“Staying in the same area where we both grew up, close to our family in neighbouring suburbs, was essential for us when planning our forever home,” explains Sarah.

“We chose the Artemis 42 as it perfectly fits our lifestyle and family needs,” explains Joseph. “We particularly liked that the children’s activity room is conveniently located at the front of the house on the first floor, which helps manage the clutter,” Sarah adds with a laugh.
“The parent’s retreat also won us over with its spacious walk-in robe,” says Joseph.
Process & Timeline
After selecting their home design and builder, Bianca and Joseph’s next task was to organize all the necessary paperwork and secure financing for their home and land package. This involved coordinating with their family broker to ensure that all financial aspects were in order. While managing the financing was straightforward with the help of their broker, ensuring they had all the paperwork in order for the building project required meticulous attention to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
